Talent, creativity on display in Hortonville

At the end of the night's festivities, all participants celebrated another successful show!
American Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson once said, “I have a personal philosophy in life: If somebody else can do something that I'm doing, they should do it. And what I want to do is find things that would represent a unique contribution to the world - the contribution that only I, and my portfolio of talents, can make happen...”
Every Hortonville Talent Show, which celebrated its 32nd year on Saturday, is a depiction of Tyson's quote, as the event is filled with individuals whose talent is a unique contribution to the world.
It's put together annually by the hard work of Jane Orcutt and was once again held at the Hortonville Presbyterian Church.
The talent show was hosted by Richard Ross for the 30th time, and judges were Jonathan Charles Fox, Dharma the Wonder Dog and Carol Montana.
Event proceeds once again benefitted the Liberty Youth Economic Group.
Following a bevy of performances which included singing, pen-playing, storytelling and more, each participant received their very own special award!
