Milford Music Festival Will Host 40 Performances This Year

MILFORD, PA - Milford Presents announces the 18th annual Milford Music Festival slated for June 21 through June 23. As years in the past, the festival will take place throughout the streets of the Milford Borough, primarily centered around Broad and Harford Streets at local businesses. The free musical event boasts regional musicians, sidewalk sale, and, of course, Brooklyn Day in PA at Jorgensons at The Dimmick Inn. Area residents and visitors of all ages are encouraged to attend.
“Milford Borough has gone through so many changes in the last couple of months,” said Adriane Wendell, President of the Board of Directors for Milford Presents. “New businesses are coming in and some have left, but the excitement of the business community for the festival this year is incredibly encouraging.
We all look forward to a musically successful weekend.”
The 2019 Milford Music Festival will feature up and coming regional musicians like A Man About A Horse and Maribyrd, as well as past festival favorites Merchants of Groove, Leo B., Bobby Kyle, Circle Jam, Will Hoppey, and Chris Raabe Band. Musical selections vary in genre ranging from classic rock, traditional folk, indie, and modern pop.
The Festival would not be possible without its gracious sponsors: The Artisan Exchange, Forest Hall Antiques, Fretta's Italian Specialties, Golden Gifts Jewelry, Greater Pike Community Foundation, The Harrington House, Jive Bar & Lounge, Karenina's, Milford MD, Pennsylvania Council of the Arts, Wells Fargo, Neversink Media, Hotel Fauchere, and all of Milford Merchants.
