NEVERSINK -- The Neversink Town Board recently passed their 2020 budget, which totals $5,045,009. That's a 1.87 percent increase from their 2019 budget, remaining under the mandatory two percent tax cap.

Town residents will also see a $3.11 tax increase per $1,000 accessed value.

“I am proud that the Town Board is able to continually keep under the two percent tax cap despite the ever increasing health insurance costs, cost of living increases and the continued unfunded mandates passed down from the State,” Neversink Supervisor Chris Mathews said.
