FALLSBURG - The Town of Fallsburg Police Department arrested a 22 year old South Fallsburg man and have charged him with Burglary in the Second Degree a felony and Petit Larceny a misdemeanor. Arrested was Julio Urbina. It is alleged that Mr. Urbina broke into a South Fallsburg residence on January 30, 2017 and stole electronics and jewelry. After investigation into the Burglary he was tracked down by detectives as he was trying to sell the stolen items. He was arraigned in front of Hon Scheinman and was sent to Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. He is due back in Fallsburg Court at a later date and other charges are pending.
