New York State Troopers in Troop F, Zone One continued enforcement efforts at the Mountain Jam festival at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts over the weekend. The following people have been charged. There were also other arrests for lesser violations and traffic offenses.

- Krystal A. Walters, age 31 of Richmond, NY charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 4th, one count of Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th, Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. She was arraigned by T/Bethel Justice Barber and released on $7,500 bail.

- Reynaldo Liese, age 44 of Richmond, CA was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 4th, one count of Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th, Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was arraigned by T/Bethel Justice Barber and released on $7,500 bail.

- Daniel O. Parmeter, age 35 of Bouckville, NY was charged with Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 3rd Intent to Sell, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration. No arraignment information immediately available.

- Adam Ezra Olshansky, age 42 of Chelsea, MA (member of the Adam Ezra Group), was charged with Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th and Public Health Law violation of Controlled Substance not in Original Container. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the T/Bethel Court.

- Nicholas J. Volpe, age 36 of Rock Hill, NY was charged with Assault 3rd, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the T/Bethel court.

- Peter J. Mau, age 56 of Lexington, NY was charged with Criminal Trespass 3rd after festival security reported a disorderly male at a checkpoint area. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to T/Bethel Court.

- Nicholas W. Mondrick III, age 57 of Amboy, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th, Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th and Public Health Law violation of Controlled Substance not in Original Container. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the T/Bethel Court.

- Cinthya Garza Martinez, age 34 of Brooklyn, NY & Jeremy D. Rackley, age 45 of Brooklyn, NY were each charged with Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 4th, Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 5th, Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th, Illegal Use/Sale Nitrous Oxide and Public Health Law violation of Controlled Substance not in Original Container. They were both arraigned in the T/Mamakating court and remanded to the Sullivan Co Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.

- Brian Matheson, age 47 of Ulster Park, NY was charged with Criminal Trespass 3rd, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was arraigned before T/Bethel justice Barber and remanded to the Sullivan Co Jail in lieu of $750 bail.

- Joshua S. Cantor, age 24 of Kingston, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the T/Bethel Court.
