At approximately 1:37 a.m. Sunday morning, the White Lake Fire Company was dispatched with the Kauneonga Lake Fire Company to a reported brush fire in the area of 423 West Shore Rd, according to the White Lake Fire Company Facebook page. Upon arrival, White Lake Fire Chief Brendon Cunningham found approximately 12 porta-potties and a shed on fire on the property of Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. The fire was quickly extinguished. Also on scene were Sullivan County Fire Investigators and New York State Police.
