Martin Jack Leibowitz

February 16, 1923 - October 3, 2017

Martin Leibowitz, a long-time resident of the area passed away on October 3, 2017 at Achieve Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Liberty.
He was 94.
The son of the late Meyer and Martha Rosenbloom Leibowitz, Martin was born on February 16, 1923, in Brooklyn. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army and retired as a Conductor for the MTA in New York City.
Survivors include his loving wife Yvette Tannenbaum Leibowitz, loving daughter Patti J. Leibowitz, Esq., and grandchildren, Molli and Ethan; Daughter Sheryl Schweitzer, grandchildren, Micquelle, Cynthia, and Matthew and more
