23 Timberland Properties Agents Earn Coldwell Banker Sales Awards

Margaretville — A banner year in Catskill Region real estate was highlighted when Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties had 24 agents who recently received special recognition from the parent company for sales achievements in 2021.

The excellent year also resulted in Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties earning the top sales rank in the four-county Board of Realtors.

Jill Ogden, who works out of the company’s Delhi office, once again was the recipient of Coldwell Banker’s most prestigious award, the President’s Premier designation. This award represents Jill’s accomplishment of placing in the top one percent of individual Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

Elite status

Pauline Trottier earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite status. She is affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties office in Sidney. This award recognizes their achievement placing within the top three percent of all the company’s sales associates worldwide.

Six Timberland Property agents were recognized as members of the International President’s Circle. This desig- nation is earned by ranking within the top seven percent of sales associates worldwide. Winners were: Jeffrey Ashton, Christine O’Shaughnessy, and Carol Spinelli (Margaretville office), Leighton Ashley (Boiceville office), and Stephen Kaminsky and Melissa Wakin Mostert (Delhi office).

Earning membership in the Coldwell Banker Interna- tional Diamond Society, representing the top 12 percent of all sales associate worldwide, were: Deborah Gorenflo and James Karpowicz (Roscoe office), Leah Long, Cody Rose (Oneonta office), Jacqlene Rose and Catherine Treffeisen (Sidney office), John Tufillaro (Margaretville office), and Mary Maney (Delhi office).

Seven Timberland Properties representatives achieved membership in the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society. This award is presented to agents who represent the top 18 percent of sales associates worldwide. Earning this designation were: Fleur Bailey (Roscoe office), Susan Doig, Stacy Keck-Colliton, Reginald Oberlag, and Sean O’Shaughnessy (Margaretville office), Paula Loesel (Stamford office) and Maria Smith (Sidney office)

Regional leader

Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties was founded in 1971 and now has offices in Margaretville, Delhi, Stamford, Boiceville, Roscoe, Sidney and its newest office, opened this year, in Oneonta. Albany-based Coldwell Banker Prime purchased the local company from founder Eric Wedemeyer in 2017.
