NARROWSBURG - Join the Western Sullivan Public Library on Wednesday, July 13 at 11:00 am for a gathering at the Tusten-Cochecton Branch in Narrowsburg to dedicate the recently created garden in memory of Beth Peck.
Star Hesse, a member of the Narrowsburg Beautifcation Group, and Brandi Merolla wanted to find a way to honor Beth and came up with the idea of creating a memorial garden next to the library that she and her husband donated to the community. Two Trex benches made of recycled soft plastic were placed there because Beth always supported the recycling efforts of the Tusten Energy Committee. The garden is a place to sit and contemplate or read amongst the flowers. The plaque speaks of Beth as a shining resident in our community.
The rain date for this event is July 20 at 11:00 am. Please call the library at 845-252-3360 if you plan to attend.
