Congratulations to Regent and Honorable Josephine Finn, unanimously voted Vice Chancellor of the Board of Regents last week. In 2014, Josephine was elected by the State Legislature to the Board and in 2019, re-elected for a five-year term.

Finn has served on the SCCC Board, as attorney for Sullivan Co, Town of Thompson attorney, legal counsel to the SC branch of the NAACP and taught a paralegal program at SCCC for 13 years.

Billie and Calvin Waterton are quite proud of their son Evan, a junior and scholar athlete at MHS. In May, after placing #1 in NYS in the 1600 M (missed Nationals by 1 sec) and #1 in the county in the 300M Steeplechase, he was guaranteed a spot. Evan’s now off to Oregon to compete at Nationals on July 3 (see Gofundme page).
