Happy anniversary to Fred and Jose, the Ryder’s, Rovi’s, Zimmerman’s, and the Sunshine’s.

Condolences to the family of Barbara Ann Frohberg Lynn, whose delayed funeral service was held on June 10.

Personal note: Yes, I was in a car accident and yes, I too, can stop traffic on 17B. I broke my arm and ribs. I had surgery and am home from Garnet Health (Orange Regional). I am grateful and the further away from last Saturday I can get, the better... I want to thank everyone who called or sent notes of good wishes. It is appreciated, quite meaningful and thera­peutic.

Forestburgh Playhouse offers Under the Stars performances: “Kirsten and Matthew Scott: We Didn’t Sleep Last Night” on the 17th and “Cady Huffman with Mary Ann McSweeney” on the 18th.
