The Town Board meets the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month at Duggan (IP-Z) at 7:30pm. The Planning Board (IP only) meets the 1st Monday at 7:30pm (work at 7pm). Zoning (IP) meets on the 3rd Monday at 7:30pm.

Current issues: The Mansion House application, short-term rental regulation, construction of Bethel’s Highway Garage and Town Offices and the latest Bethel Solar agreement changes.

Bethel Lions Club is looking for support and new members. Meeting on the second Tuesday of the month at Duggan at 7pm, the groups’ focus is with sight and hearing impairment, scholarship grants and community. Get in Shape: Walk the Smallwood Forest Reserve trail or at the Dog Park. Try pickleball at Duggan on Tuesday afternoons (generally open 4pm). Exercise at Duggan on Thursdays at 4:45pm. Explore Delaware Highlands Conservancy-Van Scott Nature Reserve acreage and trails.

The Bethel Council of the Arts seeks a guest curator for their Narrowsburg Union Exhibition May 6 through July 1st.   Cobalt Studios currently offers spring seminars.

Narrowsburg Union hosts the “Come As You Are” Art Exhibit through the 29th.

Attend DVAA’s Salon Series events on Saturdays at 2pm. Sound Artist, ‘Terry Dame’ is showcased at Krause Hall on the 15th. DVAA’s Spring Exhibition, with artists Joni Wehrli and Desmond Beach, runs until May 7th.

Follow ‘Live from Nutshell Hall at the DVOC’ on Saturdays in Lake Huntington. Tkts: CollabonationProductions.com. ‘Annie in the Water’ with P(X3)’ is scheduled for the 15th at 7pm.
