Kudos to the Highway Department for their efforts! It's commendable that Capital Police Officer Brian Sicknick who died on January 6th was honored with a historic Capital Rotunda Viewing Feb 2. Sadly, Tom Moore, 100 year old British Army Veteran who had notably raised 45M for hospitals during Covid, died last week.

Public Service & Covid Alert: Wear a mask. Get tested while Covid and new strains still circulate. Be vigilant, do the research and make an appointment to get vaccinated.

And it could be a matter of life or death.

In keeping with February Black History Month, sign up for a Crawford Library program on the 11th at 6pm by Oliver King performing “Unconditional Enfranchisement“ as Frederick Douglas.
