Kudos to the Highway Department for their efforts! It's commendable that Capital Police Officer Brian Sicknick who died on January 6th was honored with a historic Capital Rotunda Viewing Feb 2. Sadly, Tom Moore, 100 year old British Army Veteran who had notably raised 45M for hospitals during Covid, died last week.

Times have been tough. Mind your health and, if you need help, turn to a professional, a tele-health visit or a friend. Beyond a drink to relax, the levels of ‘self-medicating', alcohol abuse and drug usage are out of control. If you notice changes with a friend, intervene. It may be a moment that will matter. And it could be a matter of life or death.
