Culture: Check schedules before heading out and visit The Stray Cat Gallery, DVAA, Narrowsburg Union, CAS, Laundry King, Barryville and Wurtsboro center exhibits. It's NYS Maple Weekend on March 21-22 and March 28-29. Check the producer sites that are scheduling visits.

Callicoon Theater screens “Onward” on the 19th and “The Call of the Wild” from the 20-23rd.

‘A Heathen St Patrick's Day' is celebrated on Tuesday, the 17th at Cabernet Frank's at 7 p.m.

Attend an ‘Open Mic' at Hectors Inn on the 20th at 7 p.m. It's ‘Wade's Birthday Party' on Friday at Cab Frank's at 8 p.m. The Acoustic Music Festival III happens from the 20-22nd at Sullivan Events Center. Local and area musicians perform all weekend with vendors and food available. Use eventbrite for tkt. Consider a room for the night or weekend. (Friday: 6-11 p.m. performances, Sat: 9 a.m.- ? music, 1-5 p.m. workshops 6-11 p.m. Musician performances, Sun: 9 a.m.-? Unplugged performances).

Hopefully we'll be going to the Jeffersonville St Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday at 1 p.m. Attend Tweed's Gymnastics Penny Social at Holiday Mtn Ski & Fun Park on the 21st at 5:30 p.m. Rafter's has ‘Janturan' performing on Saturday at 5:30 p.m., Cab Franks has ‘Side FX' at 8 p.m. and Dutch's has ‘Far Beyond Gone' at 9 p.m..

The Callicoon Farmer's Market happens Sundays from 11-2 p.m. Defillippis Bakery offers ‘Music Where You Least Expect It' midday on Sundays.

Bethel Parks &Rec Camp Registration for returning and new Bethel resident campers will be held on the 23rd at Duggan School at 5:30-6:30. Immunization and birth certificate records are necessary. For information, call 583-5360.
