Congratulations to Sylvia Baidowsky, receiving the EB Crawford ‘Friends of the Library' recognition on Tuesday, the 13th. Kudos to Marie Smith, “Ms Spirit NY” for completing the NY 100 Challenge!

Food Security: Hunger and food shortage is a serious situation in our area. As cold months approach, many decide between heat or food and in turn, rely on our local sources for help.

To Do: The deadline for an Absentee/Mail In Ballot is the 27th. Early Voting is Oct 24 to Nov 1 at the SC Govt Center (BOE 807-0400 or sullivanny.us). Vote in person on Election Day, November 3rd.

The 2020 Census deadline is extended to the 31st. I beg you to do it!

Visit the Dog Park, the Reserve at Smallwood, hike the Bashakill or use the parks and NYS Trailkeeper.org trail choices.

Bethel Parks and Rec ‘Dance It Off' is ongoing on Thursdays at 6pm at Duggan. The Past Perfect Bookstore at Duggan is now open limited hours on Tuesday - Thursday (583-7191).

DVAA is presenting a staged reading of “City of Ghosts”* on the 17th and 18th in the Alliance Back Lot at 6pm (252-7576).
