Kudos to the Monti Kiwanis Club for the donation of Thanksgiving turkeys and $350 to SC United Way and to the Aktion Club of Sullivan who prepared and distributed holiday baskets of non-perishable items to needy families. Crawford Library has been nominated by Congressman Delgado for the National Medal for Museum and Library Service. Finalists will be announced in March and winners in late Spring ‘22.

Mark your calendar for the Bethel Business Association and SC Chamber hosted ‘Opioid Awareness and NARCAN Training’, free and open to the public, on Tuesday, Dec 7th, at Duggan Community Center at 6pm! SC Public Health Services, the SC Opioid Task Force, SC Opioid Overdose Prevention Program, HOPE not Handcuffs and Harm Reduction Programs: (HOPE Education Referral Line and the Interactive Resource Guide) will be available with important information, demos and confidential discussion.
