The world lost a few important figures recently with the death of Pope Benedict, soccer giant, Pele, and our nation’s journalist, Barbara Walters, yet what hits closer to home is the loss of Jim Culligan. Town News: Bethel residents can apply for a one-time CEAP voucher by calling 845-583-4350. The Bethel Transfer Station now takes electronic waste disposal for free. Use the site for your recycling and maintaining your trash if you do not have a private hauler.

Bethel winter roadway parking is prohibited by law, ‘Code 231-Parking’ for snow removal and emergencies.
