Brian Gene Diescher Sr., a lifelong resident of Livingston Manor, New York passed away at the age of 79 in the early morning hours just before sunrise on February 24, 2025. 

Brian was a mountain of a man, who worked in the trades for all of his adult life, predominantly as a water well driller. He was well known and respected for being an honest, hard-working man, who never made any enemies. 

Brian is pre-deceased by his parents Victor H. Diescher Sr. and Flora M. Diescher, and his son, Bruce D. Diescher, and leaves behind his wife, Diane Diescher, his son Brian G. Diescher Jr, daughters Kathleen F.H. Maloney and Victoria A. Diescher, nephew Mark A. Diescher, his siblings, Victor H. Diescher Jr., Richard L. Diescher, Alice M. Mavoides, Mary H. Smith, Gesine F. DuMond and David L. Diescher, and several nieces, nephews and grandchildren. 

No services will be held. The family asks that donations are made to hospice, in lieu of flowers.
