The Cochecton Fire Station is a community bar and restaurant located in the heart of the Catskills, right alongside the Delaware River, tucked between Callicoon and Narrowsburg on scenic Route 97.

What used to be a Fire House, now houses our wood-fired oven where all our dishes are cooked using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from farmers we admire and trust. We believe in simple yet flavorful food - done well, and edgy cocktails with minimal ingredients that inspire.

From the syrups that flavor our sodas to the Oleo Saccharum in our Ornery Old Fashioned, down to the caesar-style dressing on our Roasted Romaine, we make as much as we can right here in house - offering a little bit of something for everyone. $6 dishes like our beloved mac and cheese, the crispy chicken thigh, and cuban corn, alongside the Not $6 dishes like shrimp and pineapple, skirt steak, and roasted cheese board.

As each year passes, we grow and adapt along with the community that supports us, expanding our menu while still putting that down-home love into everything we do!
