Community Learning: September Strength Series Training Your Body and Your Mind

LOCH SHELDRAKE - SUNY Sullivan presents The September Strength Series, a free Community Learning exercise class for individuals interested in training their bodies and minds, presented in partnership with Sullivan 180.

The course is taught by Maggi Fitzpatrick, owner of Calo Fitness and a Sullivan 180 Community Health Champion. The class begins Tuesday, September 7 at 6 p.m., and is offered weekly through September.

The virtual series will consist of a 45-minute metabolic resistance training workout followed by a 15-minute lesson on fitness-related topics. Metabolic resistance training is an efficient and effective way to get your strength training and cardio in one session. Participants leave feeling strong, confident, and full of energy.
