Conover club’s chipotle lime dip

What truly could be better than food you don’t actually have to cook? I told you I was going to give you a great Super Bowl day snack for game day and here it is! My friend Chef JP over at Conover Club was kind enough to give me all the dips and sauce recipes he uses at the restaurant in the summer months, and this chipotle lime dip is my fiance and my favorite!! It’s super tangy from the sour cream and a little spicy from chili. It pairs perfectly with salty chips but at times I like to pretend I’m being healthy and add a side of chopped carrots or shishito peppers from the air fryer.

You will need:

1 1/4 cup sour cream

2/3 cup mayo

3 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder (I couldn’t find this so I added about two teaspoonsful of cayenne powder)

2 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2/3 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup lime juice

1 3/4 teaspoon Tajin Seasoning (or any chili lime flavor blend)

Mix together and serve!  I like to have it chilled at least 2-3 hours before serving, because the longer it sets the better those flavors will come together.
