ROCKLAND  — This past election day, some residents of the Town of Rockland who live along Old Route 17 were inadvertently directed to the polling station at the Roscoe Community Center instead of their usual polling location at the firehouse on Main Street in Livingston Manor.

According to a statement from the Sullivan County Board of Elections, “There was a data input error for a section of Old Route 17 in the Town of Rockland that affected a number of voters. The incident has been investigated, addressed and is being corrected."
