To the editor:
I hope you are enjoying your return to an almost normal life; contact visits with family and friends; hugging the grandkids; trips to the store; small group meetings; and going maskless.
While you are enjoying life you may want to think about the folks that made that life possible. I am not just talking about the doctors that created the Covid vaccine (in record time) or the health care providers and local volunteers that organized the vaccine clinics. I am talking about the real heroes. Folks, unlike you, that saw a responsibility to their fellow residents to GET vaccinated.
Until more of you get the vaccine our community is still in danger, so I hope you seriously consider doing your part and get the vaccine now.
I want to thank my fellow residents, those who understood that getting the vaccine was not all about themselves, but all about US.

Seriously? Trying to SHAME others because you got the vaccine and they didn't? Doesn't matter if someone doesn't want to get injected with something that has been tested on a MINIMAL amount humans for LESS than a year, not even FDA approved? Fear is a very strong motivator to just go along with something without question. Ask yourself why so many doctors, scientists and others in the health field are being silenced and attacked when they speak out against giving these vaccines to everyone, especially to children. WHY are so many colleges students who got the shots ending up at the ER with heart problems? BTW, Mr. Barbuti, what are you going to do about the thousands of people crossing the border every day into our country who are not vaccinated, will probably never be vaccinated, with some of them just maybe ending up living in Liberty NY...

Folks unlike me, that's right, anyone over 65 years old was to stay home, go do a little food shopping and then stay home.
Everyday I would see these people in there 70's out and about not going by CDC rules for this whole time as they had something to say about younger people.
So get on people like you that didn't follow the rules and stay home at 65 and over.
That's right, people unlike me.
While you're thinking about the ones who gave life why don't you think about the ones that wanted to take life away from US and the world?
