MONTICELLO –– Bold Gold Media Group and the Sullivan County Democrat are teaming up to host a Candidate Meet and Greet Mixer, as well as two debates (NY-51 Senate and NY-100 Assembly), at the Kartrite Resort and Indoor Waterpark, from 6-9 p.m. this evening.

The meet and greet will begin at 6 p.m. Then, from 7-7:45 p.m. there will be a debate featuring incumbent NYS Senator Peter Oberaker (R) and challenger Eric Ball (D), who are vying for New York’s 51st Senate District. Also, from 8-8:45 p.m. there will be a debate between incumbent NYS Assemblywoman Aileen Gunther (D) and challenger Lisa LaBue (R), who are vying for New York’s 100th Assembly District. 

The debates, which will also air on Thunder 102/104.5FM and be livestreamed on the RadioBold News Facebook page, will be moderated by Sullivan County Democrat Managing Editor Joseph Abraham and Bold Gold Media News Director Mike Sakell. 

The Democrat will also have coverage of the debates in upcoming issues.
