DELHI – Delaware County Public Health, in collaboration with Delaware County hospitals, is encouraging all community members to take part in an important Community Health Survey. This initiative aims to gather valuable insights into the health concerns and priorities of residents in Delaware County, which will aid in the development of health programs to address local needs.

The survey, available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SZFMX9G, is quick and easy to complete, taking only 5 to 10 minutes of your time. It is open to all adults ages 18 and older, with a request for one survey per adult in each household. Most importantly, your responses will remain completely anonymous, ensuring that your opinions and experiences are confidentially recorded.
