Harold McClain, Jr. of Livingston Manor, NY died May 22, 2021 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, NY. He was 77. Born to Harold McClain Sr. and Rosa Hayden (Edward) He was raised in Louisville, KY, by his beloved grandparents Christopher and Amanda Moore.

Harold confessed Christ Jesus as his Lord and Savior at an early age. He was a man full of life and love, for others. As it was said he never met a stranger. Music and dancing were at the top of his list. Going out to eat at his favorite restaurants or anywhere made him happy. Many who knew him gave him the well-deserved title “Donut King”. An avid Cable television watcher, Harold was once admitted for surgery when the cable went out. True story: I have the records and the witnesses.

Harold served in the United States Navy starting in June 1964 during Vietnam serving as a Fireman. Harold served proudly earning a Rank of E-5, Petty Officer Second Class, before receiving his Honorable discharge in April 1970. Harold was a very fun man and he loved to party. He was always sharply dressed; he could make any suit look good without even trying. He wore his hair in many different styles through the years, from bald to cornrows, finger waves and beads. Harold was a Pretty Man with a friendly smile, and Pretty Hair. He will be Truly Missed.

Preceded in Death by (grandparents) Christopher and Amanda Moore, (father) Harold Sr. (mother) Rosa Hayden (Edward), (brothers) Butch and Micheal Hayden, (sister) Janice Trotter, (grandson) Joshua Lewis Blake, (son) Antione Blake Sr. and (stepdaughter) Donna Williams.

McClain (Lakischa), Damon McClain Sr., Tequila Blake, Michelle and Aaron Adams-Thomas, (goddaughter) Elisha Cook (Victor), (stepchildren) George, Keasha, Travis Thomas, Antonie, Sherman, Damon, Mark, Alzina, Ebony, Drew, Letta and Chandra, Ranzell (sisters), Brenda Lancaster (Henry), Yolanda Collins, Margo Stokes, Debra Hayden, Wanda Mayes, LaVerne Norfleet (Jimmy), Beloved Grandchildren Chazquisha, Jasmine, Juwanna, Kayla, Sir'Quan, 'Shamaya, Amoni, Ahjamink, Ledue, Damon Jr., Abel, Aaliyah, Antoine Jr., Desante, Anthony, Alfonzo, Shyquilla, Tykiyah, Steffon Jr., Essence, Velysha, Eve, Marshon, Maryah, Lyric, Damaree, Deanna, Desanti, Karleigh, Kysean.
