Helen “Penny” Panebaker Farrell, of Syracuse died November 14, 2019 at Crouse Community Center in Morrisville.

She was born in Hudson, NY and lived in Liberty, NY and Syracuse. She was predeceased by her parents, David and Zella (Reid) Panebaker and her husband John A. Farrell.

She graduated from Liberty High School, Syracuse University and retired from Verizon after 37 years of service. Penny was a life member of the Vermont Society of Mayflower descendants and the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.

She is survived by her two nephews Dan and Tim Krum. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Liberty Cemetery.
