LIBERTY - Quintin Herzog, son of Liberty Elks Lodge #1545 member Nadine Herzog was awarded one of this year’s 350 nationwide awards. Legacy Awards are $4,000 scholarships available to children and grandchildren of Elks members. The Legacy Award is just one of the many scholarships offered by the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
