Holiday Mocktails Made Easy

My boyfriend and I love to make cocktails with a nice meal, however, we were both looking for a way to feel like we were drinking a cocktail, but not actually intake the calories or sugar. Long story short, I began venturing into non-alcoholic drinks when I realized I wanted to make healthier choices.
I had no idea what “Seedlip” was, until I entered The Narrowsburg Proper, in Narrowsburg NY. Joan the owner has such a wonderful assortment of non-alcoholic spirits and drinks that will please anyone. I went in last January and enjoyed a bottle of TOST (a non-alcoholic bottle of champagne made with tea), and I also picked up a bottle of Herbal Seedlip.
I truly could be a spokesperson for Seedlip, we enjoy it so much. I use it at least once a week without any of the guilt. Seedlip is distilled non-alcoholic spirits and comes in “herbal”, “citrus” and “spice”. They are delicious in every way, and I highly recommend the herbal and citrus to anyone. I have yet to try the spice but it is a blend of Allspice and Cardamom with fresh citrus notes and sounds delicious.
As of late, my boyfriend and I enjoy straight Seedlip topped with ginger ale over ice, but we also love to make a mocktail which includes:
-1 1/2 oz herbal Seedlip
-1 teaspoon agave or honey
-1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
-1/2 cup la croix or your favorite sparkling beverage
Serve over ice.
GIVEAWAY ALERT! I enjoy Seedlip so much and want to share it with the rest of you! That is why I will be doing a winter giveaway for the holiday.
To enter, email me your favorite winter recipe at cmh08343@gmail.com. The winner will receive 1 bottle of Herbal Seedlip ($35 value), and a package of my favorite David Chang Savory Salt ($10 value)! We enjoy this salt on just about anything, especially on a nice butter-basted steak for the holiday.
