Intermediate Cheesemaking

Join Kristin White, aka Chicken Librarian, on her homestead for a full day of learning about aged cheeses. In this class you’ll dive into aged cheeses such as farmhouse cheddar, traditional cheddar, parmesans, and how you can make these cheeses at home. There will also be a discussion on how to set up your own cheese cave. Participants will make one aged cheese during this session. This class is for anyone who has made cheese before and wants to take their cheesemaking to the next level. Space is very limited, and registration is required. Cost is $200.
