I had such a great time at the “Trunk or Treat” held at the Backyard Park on Halloween! Myself and Gayle H. (along with her entire family) represented JEMS, handing out chips and candy. I couldn’t believe all of the strange and wonderful costumes worn by babies all of the way up to grandparents!

I asked Colleen at the Village Office for her take on the day’s event: The Village of Jeffersonville is pleased to have been able to host Trunk or Treat again this year for area residents. It is always great fun and a pleasure to see so many come out for a good time. Of course, this would not be possible without the great people of our community who generously give of their time and resources.

Thus, a very special thanks to The Chevalier family who year after year provide us with new thrills and chills in their haunted houses, Those who donate candy and decorations, Our Truckers - Gayle, Sue of JEMS and The Secret Garden, Deb, Bill, Annie, Ken, The Mold Busters, The Lions Club of Jeffersonville, and our own Addams Family, Kris, Kim, Bonnie and Jackie. We couldn’t do it without you. You each make this event more special just by being there. Again, our thanks and appreciation... The Village of Jeffersonville.
