The Jeffersonville Fire Department's Roast Beef Dinner was delicious as usual! Thank you to all of our volunteers that worked hard preparing and serving the dinner and to everyone that attended too.

The Youngsville Fire Department is hosting their Annual Roast Beef Dinner Saturday, October 26th, serving from 4:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Take-outs at 4:00 p.m.) Cost is Adults: $13, Children (5-12): $7 with all take-outs: $13. Enjoy a family-style roast beef dinner with real mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, green beans, coleslaw, pickled beets, roll and butter, apple pie, coffee or tea. Bring your family and friends out for yet another great dinner, while donating to your volunteers. Enjoy!

Reminder: Halloween, October 31st, Trunk or Treat is being held in the Backyard Park. It begins at 3:30 and finishes at 6 with Lineup on the Schadt Bridge for the Lion's Club Halloween Parade & Costume Contest at 6:30. You will parade to the firehouse for costume judging and treats. Donations of candy can be left at the Village Hall and everyone is invited to come out and participate.

Santa and his elves will be visiting Jeffersonville at the Jeff Bank Saturday, November 30th from 12:30 - 3:30 p.m. Come for a visit and have your photo taken with Santa! There will be cookies, hot chocolate and a Christmas craft. Sponsored by Jeff Bank and Jeffersonville Area Chamber of Commerce. Suggested donation $4.00 with proceeds donated to the local food bank. The Happy Trails 4-H Club is collecting tabs from soda cans. Please support this 4-H club's service project by donating your unwanted pop tabs from canned beverages. Proceeds from the recycled aluminum tabs will support the Ronald McDonald House at Albany Medical Center's NICU (for premature babies). A collection box will be available at CCESC.
