Thursday’s Public Works Committee meeting of the Sullivan County Legislature ended on a celebratory note. Legislator George Conklin (left), who chairs the committee, presented longtime Sullivan County Recycling Coordinator Bill Cutler (right) with a Certificate of Appreciation for his nearly 32 years of service. The certificate presented to Cutler, who is retiring, read: “As our foremost champion of recycling, your name and efforts have become synonymous with good stewardship of our resources.”
