LOCH SHELDRAKE -- SUNY Sullivan's basketball teams hosted the Sullivan Tip-Off Classic at Paul Gerry Fieldhouse over the weekend. The Lady Generals split in their two games. In their first contest on Saturday they lost on a controversial buzzer beater to Montgomery College-Rockville 76-74.

Johnahyah Curry and Heather Caroccia led the Generals with 17 points each in the loss. Kanayah Britt also reached double digits, scoring 10 points of her own. The two teams were back and forth throughout the game, and Sullivan's full court press continued to force turnovers.

On Sunday, the Generals took down Raritan Valley Community College 91-67. The next game for the Women's Basketball team will be on Saturday, November 9 at 2 p.m. The Generals will host Jamestown Community College.
