As March ends, the weather starts to warm up, giving us a much-needed break from the cold. The days get longer, and you can feel the winter chill slowly fading away, replaced by a bit of sunshine and a fresh breeze. The snow is melting, flowers are starting to pop up, and it finally feels like spring is on its way. It’s the perfect time to get outside and enjoy the nicer weather before the full warmth of summer hits.
Here are some events happening in our communities and beyond:
There will be a Penny Social on May 10 at the Lake Huntington Presbyterian Church. Doors open at 11:30 and calling at 12:30. Beverages and hot dogs and sauerkraut plus chips. Coffee and cake will be served after the calling. Sponsored by the Ladies Aid Society. See you there!
The Cochecton Men’s Club will be holding their Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 26 at 1:00 p.m. sharp! Join the Easter Bunny at the Cochecton Men’s Sports Complex – see you there for a hoppin’ good time!
