October 20  – Counting down to Halloween and the local communities have a variety of fun children’s events happening! Have a look at what is happening this year:

Trick or Treat inside at Action Toward Independence on October 31 from 4-7 pm. Located at 309 East Broadway, Monticello, NY. For more information, please call 845-794-4228.

First Annual October Halloween Light Projection Show on Sunday, October 30 and Monday, October 31 starting at 7:30 pm at Crystal Connection in Wurtsboro, NY. Please call (845) 887-2547 for more information.

Halloween Trunk or Treat at the Hurleyville Firehouse on Monday, October 31 from 4:30 – 5:30 pm.  They will also be holding a Halloween Parade that begins at 5:30 pm. Please call/text (845) 807-8672 for more information.

Dark Forest Fright Trail at Burn Brae Mansion taking place on Saturday, October 29 from 7-10 pm. Reserve your tickets online, www.burnbraemansion.com

A Guided Haunted History Walk along the Sullivan O&W Rail Trail on Saturday, October 29 at 5:30 pm. Bring a flashlight!

3rd Annual Smallwood Civic Association Trick or Treat Walk on Saturday October 29 beginning at 3:30 pm. Start/finish at Mountain Lake Beach (723 Lakeview Drive, Smallwood, NY)

The Greater Barryville Chamber of Commerce and the Barryville Farmers’ Market presents their Halloween and Harvest Fest on October 29 from 10 AM – 1 PM. Costume parade, live music, trunk or treat and more!
