Will we ever go back to normal? What is normal? I stay in, I only go out to go food shopping, bank or post office or to stop at the office. Both of my brothers are doing much better. Younger brother Christopher has the antibodies. My older brother Johnny finally got a negative test after three positive. Johnny is doing good, he is back to work and is so grateful for all the prayers and well wishes.

Supervisor Gary Maas would like to let everyone know that litter pluck will start on May 18 to June 30. Clean up day will be some time in August.

You can always check out the town's website for more information, and when bags and stickers will be available.

The Cochecton Volunteer Ambulance would like to let you know that this week is national EMS week. The theme of EMS week 2020 is “Ready today. Preparing for tomorrow.” This year is different in many ways, but a great time to recognize the hard work and sacrifices that folks in EMS put in everyday, 24/7, 365.

Despite this, only a handful of states in the US have EMS recognized as an essential service like fire and police. New York is not one of them, while we always need more people to volunteer and help, one way that everyone can contribute is by making this fact known to our state representatives.

Cochecton Ambulance is still going strong and looking forward to the summer season and interaction with our community when the restrictions are lifted. Happy EMS week!

The Cochecton Youth Commission says to watch out for your game night activity, they will be delivered right to your door step. Follow CYC on Facebook for upcoming events.

Pastor Phyllis at St.Paul's Lutheran Church is saying Sunday Mass online at 9:30 each week. You can always watch it any time on their Facebook page.

Grover M. Hermann Hospital Auxiliary sadly announces there will not be a Health Fair this year.
