PUBLIC HEARING

VILLAGE OF LIBERTY

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Liberty on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 6:50 p.m. to consider Local Law #1-2021 to amend Section 87-4 of the Village Code to add a definition of "Urgent Respite Center" and to amend the Schedule of District Regulations to permit an "Urgent Respite Center" in the DCC Commercial Core District as a Special Use.

Said Public Hearing will take place at the Village Municipal Building located at 167 North Main Street, Liberty, New York, at which time all interested parties will be heard. A full copy of the text of said proposed local law is available for inspection and copying at the Village Clerk's Office, 167 North Main Street. Liberty, New York during regular business hours.

This local law shall take effect immediately upon the filing with the NY Secretary of State. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to speak as time permits.
