NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Fremont in the County of Sullivan and the State of New York will have a public hearing for a resolution to transfer the parcel of land known as (SBL 5.-1-29) from The Town of Fremont, to the Lake Muskoday HOA.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Fremont , Sullivan County, New York at 7 pm September 11th 2024 in the Town Hall, 11 County Road 95, Fremont Center, New York, at which time all interested persons will be heard.
