PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Liberty Planning Board will hold a Public

Hearing on February 9th, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at the Village Municipal Building, 167 North

Main Street, Liberty, New York 12754 to hear all interested parties regarding an

application for a special use permit by Yeshiva Ahavas Israel, for construction of a new

synagogue for 80 Old Monticello Road Liberty, NY. 12754. Said property is also

identified by tax map number 128-1-1.

All interested persons will be provided an opportunity to speak as time permits.

Masks as required by law.
