Liberty celebrates America’s 246th birthday

The Liberty NY Rotary Club were well-represented at the parade. Pictured is Club Treasurer Matt Sush (in front with son Arlo), and Past Presidents Judy Siegel and Dr. Bill Silver.

There were several Liberty fire trucks and neighboring departments that took part in the parade. This J.C. Young Hose Co. truck was driven by firefighter Anthony Dworetsky.

Red, White and Blue were in abundance in Liberty at Monday’s Greater Liberty Chamber of Commerce Fourth of July festivities, sponsored by Rolling V Transportation Services and the Davidson Family.

The day started with a parade at noon, followed by live music on the Main Street Stage, and was capped off with fireworks once the sun went down.
