SULLIVAN COUNTY — At the  monthly SCMA (Sullivan County Magistrates Association) meeting 7 Town and Village Judges braved the elements, which really was exaggerated by the NWS and heard a presentation from the 3rd Judicial District Supreme Court Judge Megan Galligan on the appeals process. A very informative and enlightening talk and discussion on a topic that is becoming more common in the courts due to “speedy trial” mandates. Keeping informed is a vital role for T/V Judges.
