Meet the Artist: How to Make a Mural

Meet artist Kevin O'Neill, in this first of three programs centered around the production of our future Bashakill Wetland Mural. Kevin will discuss how a mural is made and allow you to experiment with the process. This is a family program geared toward fostering creativity and a sense of place. Kevin is a long-time professional artist who works in both traditional and digital media. He teaches illustration and graphic design at Marywood University, and works as a staff artist at The Times-Tribune newspaper, both in Scranton, PA. He takes inspiration from nature and loves creating images and sculptures of the animals we share the world with.
