There's a new leader in the Sullivan County Democrat Big Buck Contest's ‘Biggest Rack' division. Livingston Manor's Tim Mills (at right and pictured with Greg Lewis), took this ten-pointer which had a 23.5-inch left beam, 22-inch right beam and a spread of 18 and seven-eighths. The score of 74.25 puts Mills slightly ahead of Kevin Delaney whose buck scored 74. However, Delaney still leads the ‘Heaviest Deer' division with his 154-lb buck.
