Congratulations and Thank You to Mrs. Gwen Baldo for her 42 years of service as a Board of Trustees member for the Roscoe Free Library. Gwen has worn many hats on the Board, many of her years as President. Her steadfastness and conscientious leadership has facilitated smooth transitions of staff and board members over the years which has allowed the Library to maintain it’s vital role in the community. Her devotion to the Library will be a lasting legacy for generations to come who see the value of a local Library with all the services that they provide.
