HONESDALE, PA –  The Wayne County Arts Alliance is excited to invite the public to view two new Art Exhibitions at our WCAA Gallery at 959 Main Street, Honesdale.  “Studio Tour Preview” and “TRANSIENCE: Just Passing Through” will be open June 19-July 19 with an opening reception on Friday, June 20,  from 5-8pm.  Please join us.

The Studio Tour Preview Exhibition showcases artworks by each of our 2025 Tour artists to give everyone a taste of the amazing art that will be on display at the studios during the WCAA 2025 Artists’ Studio Tour which will take place on July 11, 12, 13.  

Our 2025 Tour Artists are Bill Westmoreland, Raul Vega, Kevin Storms, James Spencer, Ellen Silberlicht, Michael Sergi, Victor Salib, Nancy Palubniak, Linda Murphy, Hana Marritz, Nancy Lopez, Beth Ellen Johnson, Chelsea Heron, Heather Hogan-Spencer, Denis Folz, Phyllis Chekenian, Elizabeth Castellano, Berton Bulles, Patricia Blauth, Susan Cottle Alberto.  Tour Director, Janet Gaglione.

For the Exhibition “TRANSIENCE: Just Passing Through,” WCAA member artists were invited to create art designed to showcase the many voices in our community. They were asked to share what’s on their minds in a space designed to let art speak. Share their struggles, their fears, their triumphs, and their hearts with us. “Show us what it means to be you in this moment.”    Exhibition Curators, Connor Simon and Heather Hogan-Spencer.
