Patricia Crawford Taylor, 83, of Monticello, NY, passed away at her home on Monday, January 6, 2025.

The daughter of the late Mary Mulvey Crawford & Donald C. Crawford, she was born November 1, 1941 in Monticello, NY.  She was predeceased by her husband, Walter K. Taylor, who passed away in 2021 and brother John “Jack” Crawford in 2011. 

Patricia graduated from Monticello High School, attended Duquesne University and graduated from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY. She had a passion for constant learning; reading as many books as Amazon could ship her almost daily. Patricia enjoyed golfing, skiing and traveling, whether it was close to home or far away, she was always up for an adventure. Patricia found her true passion as her kids got older in helping others as an EMT with the Monticello Volunteer Ambulance Corps where she served many years as Captain.  

Patrica is survived by her daughter Tracy of Wichita, KS; son Michael (wife Joanna) of Monticello, NY and son Gregg (wife Colleen) of White Lake, NY and her five grandchildren; Ross, Drew, Harly, Will and Teddy. 

Visitation will be held at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello on Sunday, January 12 from 11 am to 1 pm with a prayer service at 1 pm. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Bethel.
