The Tri-Valley Bears came out on top in a league contest over the O’Neill Raiders last week. It was one of their final games of the season. TV’s Jenna Carmody led all scorers with 22 points and teammates Kaitlin Stungis and Avery Carrier had eight buckets apiece. Grace O’Neill scored 11 and Victoria Evangelista netted 9 points for the Raiders.

Ben Johnston of the Wildcats scored an impressive 30 points in this league matchup against the Tornados and Tyler McCray ended the night with 14. The Tornados’ Santana Jackson and Mo Bertha scored 16 and 15 points, respectively.

Liv Manor/Ros.- 42
In their final game of the regular season the Wildcats were defeated by the Chester Hambletonians in a very close game. The Wildcats finish the season with an overall record of 6-13. The Hambletonians improve their record to 12-8 on the season. Ben Johnston had 12 points for Manor. James Musco scored 17 and Brandon Jenkins had 13 points for the Hambletonians.

Tri-Valley won their eighth straight game in a row on Tuesday night. The Bears defeated their rival opponents from the Western side of the County to wrap up regular season play. The Bears improve their record to 14-4 while The Bulldogs’ record drops to 9-7 on the season. Jenna Carmody finished with the game high of 23 points and her teammates, Kaitlin Stungis with 9 and Avery Carrier 6 rounded out play. Leading scorer for Sullivan West was Ella Herbert with 12 points.
The Bears are headed to Sectionals but will have to wait to find out who they will play against. Stay tuned.
