LOCH SHELDRAKE - The Sullivan County Audubon Society will hold their Second Spring Meeting on Thursday, May 5, 6:00 p.m. and present “Native Plants are for the Birds” at Sullivan County Community College, Room B113. See map of SCCC campus at sunysullivan.edu/category/utility-menu/directory/map-directions.

Author, photographer and landscape designer, Carolyn Summer, will present a multimedia program featuring images and sounds of local backyard bird species.

She will explain why we should use more native plants in our landscaping and how to design and plant gardens that benefit people and wildlife. A light meal will be provided.

Please note if you are unvaccinated; it is SUNY’s policy to mask.
