To the editor:

Texas denies women’s rights to their bodies, suppresses minority rights to vote, denies science during a plague. All done in the name of God’s Law.

Sounds like the Taliban to me.

(Texas now mandates births from rape and/or incest and offers $10,000 bounties on the non-compliant. Unclear if the Taliban would want that.)
